These sample posts help you ask for donations on social media when you run a political campaign. Copy one, edit it, and post it with your donation page link.

Replace everything in [square brackets] with details about your cause. Replace {YOUR DONATION PAGE LINK} with your donation page link, which you can copy with **Copy Link** on the page's view screen in the dashboard.

## Example 1: announcement

> It's official! I have launched my campaign. I want to help and give back to the community I love, but to do that, I'm going to need you, my closest friends and family, to help! Will you donate $10 or $20 (or whatever you can afford) to get my campaign going? {YOUR DONATION PAGE LINK}
