You can pause a donation page to stop it accepting donations without deleting it. Donors who open a paused page see "This page is not accepting donations at this time".
- Open Donation Pages from the main navigation. Each page card shows a status of Active or Paused.
- Open the menu (the three dots) on the card for the page you want to stop.
- Select Pause donation page. The card’s status changes to Paused.
The page’s URL (https://secure.fundhero.com/<team>/<slug>) doesn’t change while the page is paused, so links you’ve already shared keep working. On an Event page, donors see "This event is paused, or not yet active." instead of the Get Tickets button.
To start taking donations again, open the same card menu and select Re-publish donation page. The status returns to Active.
