FundHero is a fundraising platform for nonprofits, political campaigns and similar groups. It combines donation pages that take online gifts with a donor CRM for tracking contacts, outreach and results.
What you can do with it
- Take donations online. Build a donation page that donors reach at
https://secure.fundhero.com/<team>/<slug>. Payments are processed by Stripe. - Keep track of donors. Store contacts, organize them into groups and tags, and let smart groups surface the people who need attention, such as donors who haven’t been thanked yet.
- Log your outreach. Record emails, calls, notes, tasks, pledges and offline gifts on each contact’s timeline.
- Report on results. Run built-in reports and download them as CSV files.
- Work as a team. Invite teammates, assign tasks and keep everyone on the same donor list.
Who it’s for
When you create an account, FundHero asks for your organization’s type: Non-Profit, Political Campaign or Other.
Where things are
The top navigation bar has five items:

The gear icon in the top right opens a menu with your name and email, your teams, Imports, Settings and Sign Out.

Demo video
The old help site had a recorded demo of FundHero. It isn’t carried over here, because it can’t be checked against the current dashboard. This article and the other articles in Getting started replace it.
